Screen printing machine for glass and plastic containers

Concept:

Screen printing of up to 8 colors with UV ink or thermoplastic ink (ceramic or organic) onto cylindrical, slightly conical containers made of plastic or glass (bottles, cartridges, sprayers, pens, etc.)

Glass and plastic printing for cylindrical, oval and square containers

Features:

• Linear article transport with gripper tongs
• Mechanical base and side registration systems
• Direct and indirect screen heating for thermoplastic ceramic and organic inks
• UV dryers can be added at any time without having to sacrifice any existing printing units
• Infinitely variable up to approximately 5,000 mechanical cycles/hr
